Daniel’s Background
Daniel began his career as a trainee in the property industry and, over more than 14 years, progressed into senior leadership. He became Senior Director at Connells Group before serving as Managing Director at Spicerhaart Group, gaining hands-on experience across estate agency, lettings, mortgages, surveying, sales, marketing, recruitment, HR, IT systems and wider business operations.
Today, Daniel owns and operates multiple successful businesses. This means his coaching and consultancy are grounded in the everyday realities of running a company—from managing people and reviewing financial performance to strengthening sales processes, improving systems and making difficult commercial decisions.
This breadth of experience allows Daniel to understand how each part of a business affects the bigger picture and provide clear, practical guidance focused on stronger performance, sustainable growth and long-term success.
